Ingredients
20 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean 1 small Onions, raw 2 tbsp Oregano, ground 2 tbsp Basil 2 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper, black 3 large Egg white, fresh 90 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 0.5 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Butter, salted 0.05 Grams Flour, white
Directions
Mix turkey, onion, garlic, & salt & pepper. Add eggs, bread crumbs, & cream to make meatballs . Heat pan butter & oil until golden brown about 5 minutes. Dust meatballs
