0.5 tsp Basil0.5 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Oregano, ground0.5 tsp Parsley, dried0.5 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard0.5 tsp Garlic0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tbsp Soy Sauce2.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz1.0 tbsp Skippy Natural Creamy Peanut Butter0.25 cup Whole Wheat Flour1.0 cup Bob's Red Mill TVP0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats1.0 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g)
Place 1st 8 ingredients into a bowl, mix together. Add the very hot water, stir. Add soy/aminos and jalenapo ketchup to mixture, mix well. Let stand 20 minutes so flavors absorb.
Add peanut butter and Incorporate.
Add flour and nutritional yeast, mix well.
Form into 6 patties. Cook in skillet with a little oil, preheat oil. Medium heat for 5 minutes on each side till golden brown.
