6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 8 large Egg white, fresh 2 cup Spinach, fresh 1.05 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 2 oz Asiago Cheese 2 tbsp Basil
Directions
Coat a 12 hole muffin pan with cooking spray Scramble eggs and egg whites with garlic powder to taste and set aside Place spinach tomato and asiago evenly in each muffin hole Fill with egg mixture Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
