2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Light Whipping Cream .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 8 fl oz White Wine 12 tsp Dijon Mustard (Great Value)
Dice shallot add to sauce pan with wine. Bring to boil and reduce liquid. Add cream. Lower heat to simmer. Reduce liquid. Add mustard and 1 t. dill.
