Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin1 – 8 oz cream cheese, soften1 c mayonnaise2-3 chopped green onions½ - 1 lb salad shrimp, cooked
Heat mushroom soup in pan, stirring to smooth.
Cool for a few minutes.
Add gelatin.
Stir to blend.
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise, stirring until smooth and well blended.
Add green onions and shrimp.
Pour into a oiled mold.
When set and firm, turn onto serving plate and enjoy.
Serve with unsalted saltines, baguette or fresh dipping vegetables.
