Bacon wedge salad

Ingredients
1 head, large Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 cup, chopped or sliced Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average 4 oz Blue Cheese 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product Bacon, pork, microwaved 4 tbsp Marie’s Lite Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
Directions
Cook 4 slices of bacon and chop. Wash one medium head of iceberg lettuce and cut into quarters. Dice/Chop medium ripe tomato. Drizzle 1tbsp, dressing on each wedge. Sprinkle each wedge with cheese, tomato, bacon. Serve.

Serving Size: one quarter, one wedge makes 4 servings.
