Ingredients
2 cup Great Value Chick Peas Low Sodium 8 cup Attitude San Marino Mix Salad 4 tbsp Great Value Ricotta 8 tbsp Kraft Balsamic Low Calorie Dressing 2 cup cherry tomatoes Red Ripe Tomatoes 4 cup slices Cucumber (with peel) 1.5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
Directions
Cut up Cucumbers and Red Pepper
Add all ingredients together (if taking for lunch, ensure that something is covering the ricotta - I used the Chick Peas, and bring the dressing separate)
Serve!
