Eggplant hummus

Ingredients
1 eggplant, peeled (yield from 1 Eggplant, fresh 2 tbsp Tahini (sesame paste) by Dipasa (by KASEY2009) 1 lemon yields Lemon Juice 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Wash eggplant and cook on stove top fire till black all over. Remove pealing and place in blender or food processor along with the juice of 1lemon, 2 TBLS of sesame paste, 1 clove of garlic and 1 tsp salt. Blend and refrigerate to serve with veggies or like a spread.

Serving Size: makes 16 heaping tbls of dip
