3 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast 1 large Onions, raw 8 oz Mushroom, baby bella, fresh, 1 oz serving = approx 1 mushroom (by 4AMAZINGME) 74 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 1 serving jalepeno, pepper, fresh (1 pepper =1serving) (by TONYAINPROGRESS) 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 3 tbsp worstershire sauce (by FOURMULA) .66 cup Sam's Choice Bone Broth (by SLIMTASTIK123) 3.5 cup Great Value Italian Stewed Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic, and Oregano .87 cup Tomato Sauce, Hunts Sauce
1. Cut beef into 1" squares and toss with almond flour (optional) and kosher salt to taste
2. Brown beef with oil of choice(I use Olive oil)
3. Chop onion, mushroom, jalapeno and red bell pepper
4. sweat veggies in separate pan
5. Put beef, veggies and remaining ingredients in crock pot cook on high for two hours then switch to low for 4 hours
