Ingredients
8.0 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen16.0 oz Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat1.0 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked2.0 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated10.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
Directions
Thaw and press all water out of spinach. Saute onion in olive oil. Combine spinach, eggs, onions, rice, and cheese, and move to greased 10x14 inch pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes.
