13.3 oz Johnsonville All Natural Ground Mild Italian Sausage4.0 serving Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed ) 5 Olives, chopped4.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)2.0 tbsp, drained Capers, canned2.0 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, freshNon-stick cooking spray
Spray a large pot with the non-stick cooking spray. Brown the sausage and break it up into small pieces, then add the tomatoes (either 2 cans of 28 fluid ounces or five cups of diced fresh tomatoes). Simmer for 15 minutes, then add the olives and the capers. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms and give it another 10 minutes at low heat. Can be a little liquid-y, so you may wish to simmer a bit more.
