3.0 oz Pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, cooked, broiled1.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Broccoli, cooked1.0 carrot Carrots, cooked2.0 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw1.5 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 clove Garlic1.0 large Scrambled Egg0.33 cup pieces Mushrooms, cooked1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, cooked3.0 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Hoisin Sauce2.0 tsp Sriracha Hot Sauce (Rooster sauce)
Cut pork into chunks. Cook over medium heat until seared. Spray pan with Pam. Add garlic and ginger, heat briefly at medium high heat until fragrant. Add all vegetables except riced cauliflower, stir fry until tender. Add cauliflower last, with pork. Heat thoroughly. Push all ingredients to one side of pan. Crack egg into pan and scramble. Mix in with other ingredients. Add soy. Once everything is mixed together, put in dishwasher and top with hoisin and Sriracha sauce. Eat immediately =
