Gigi's broccoli soup

Ingredients
3 cup, chopped Broccoli, cooked 16 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla 0.3 cup Flour, white 3 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium 4 oz Velveeta Light Cheese Product 1 tsp Onion powder 0.3 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Cut broccoli stalks off. Separate crowns to smaller pieces. Add chicken broth to saucepan & add broccoli. Boil broccoli for 20 minutes until tender. Turn heat off. Mix broccoli with immersible blender. Melt margarine and add flour mixing well over heat. Stirring well until thickened. Add cheese in small bites to sauce. Pour cheese sauce into broccoli Mixture. Blend well. Add bacon bits if you like! Enjoy!
