0.25 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)1.0 slice, medium (4" x 2-1/2" x 1-3/4") Bread, french or vienna (includes sourdough)1.0 dash Salt1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 wedge yields Lemon Juice1.0 tbsp Butter, salted
Directions
Lightly toast the bread in a pan with butter Cut Avocado into slices (length ways) Put avocado on toast (I use 1/4 of an avocado per slice ) Season with salt and pepper Add fresh lemon juice (Optional)
