3 serving Stevia in the Raw 50 grams Wheat bran, crude 3 large Egg white, fresh 100 grams Apples, fresh with skin 250 grams Milk, 1% 0.2 serving I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Soft), 1 Tbsp 5 grams Corn Starch 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Preheat oven at 180 celsius. Carefully mix bran with the egg whites, cinammon and stevia. Keep a tiny amount of milk to dissolve corn starch. Heat milk (60 degrees). Chop the apples- optionally remove skin. Add cornstarch to milk, add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Butter the molk, add the mixture and simply put the apple on top. Bake for 1 hour and allow to cool for 30 min before serving
