3.0 lb Beef chuck, arm pot roast0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw6.0 carrot Carrots, cookedSalt and pepper to taste.
Brown roast with seasonings. Cut carrots in half. Slice onions thinly. Combine in Dutch oven with 1/2 cup of water. Cook in oven at 300F for 3 1/2 hours.
Serving Size: About 8 of roast and one carrot per serving.
