Bacon Egg Cheese Cups

Ingredients
2.0 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream1.0 extra large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.12 tsp Garlic powder0.12 tsp Onion powder1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 dash Salt0.06 cup Four Cheese Mexican Blend Fancy Shredded Cheese1.0 serving Bacon Plumrose -2 pieces
Directions
In a bowl, beat together the egg, whipping cream, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Blend in cheese. Line two cups of a muffin/cupcake tin with one slice of bacon each. Pour egg and cheese mixture divided evenly between the two. Bake at 350F for 20min Remove pan from oven and let sit before serving. Serving Size: Makes 2 cups
