1 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 1 cup Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup 1 small Onions, raw 64 fl oz Tomato juice, without salt added 1 cup Jasmine Rice - white

Brown meat and onion
throw everything else in the pressure cooker with meat and onion and cook for 20 minutes
