Lean Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
1 pound of lean ground pork or pork tenderloin1 tblsp minced red onion1 1/2 tsp minced garlic1/2 tsp dried thyme1/4 tsp ground sage1/4 tsp cayenne1/4 tsp ground black pepper1/8 tsp salt
Directions
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients. Divide into equal parts and roll into balls, flat each one and cook about 15 mins.
