Chocolate or Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding

1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk 1/3 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened 2 tbsp maple syrup 1/4 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Add all ingredients except sweetener to a mixing bowl and mix well to combine. Sweeten to taste with maple syrup.
2. Let rest, covered, in the fridge overnight, or at least 3-5 hours until it has achieved pudding- like consistency.
3. Leftovers keep in the fridge for 3-5 days.
4. Serve chilled on its own or topped with fruit or granola.
