Oven braised beef round

Ingredients
1 glass (3.5 fl oz) Red Wine 3 tsp Better than boullion beef flavored base - 1 tsp 2 tsp Salt 3 tsp Heinz Worcestshire Sauce30 oz Beef Bottom Round Roast (rump roast) 794 grams Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, whole, no salt added
Directions
Preheat oven to 325; season roast with salt and pepper. Place in a roasting pan and add red wine, bouillion, worceshire and canned tomatoes. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Slow roast for 5-6 hours, until fork tender.
