Ingredients
3 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 2 serving 1 Chipotle Pepper in 1 Tbsp Adobo Sauce (by SNAVELA1) 2 serving Pork Rinds(Baken-ets Fried Pork Skins)(14g) 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Paprika 1 tsp Garlic powder Salt and pepper .5 cup Olive Oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender except the pork rinds and blend into paste. Form patties. Dip in ground pork rinds. Fry in olive oil medium heat 4 minutes per side.
