Almond, Coconut, Cacao Breakfast Balls

Ingredients
200g Almonds 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut Unsweetened 50 g Crunchy Whole Earth Peanut Butter 300g Medjool dates 5 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder 2 tbsp Almond Butter 2 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
Directions
Blitz the almonds in the processor until they are broken up but not too fine. Add the dates, coconut and coconut oil and pulse til mixed. Add the nut butters and cacao powder and squish together with your hands. Roll into 12 balls.

If it feels dry and crumbly, either keep blitzing until the nuts release more of their oils, or add more coconut oil.

Pop into the freezer uncovered for an hour and then keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
