Fresh Berry Lemon Curd Tart

Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs1/4 cup Butter, melted250 grams Cream Cheese, softened 240 grams bottled lemon curd, room temperature 1/12 cup Blueberries, fresh 1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries, halved
Directions
Prepare graham crust by stirring together 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. Press into 8 inch tart pan with removable bottom. Place in refrigerator to set.

Whisk together softened cream cheese and lemon curd until smooth.

Spread evenly in graham crumb crust.

Gently top with fresh blueberries and strawberry halves.

Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight before serving.
