Ingredients
1 fruit without refuse Mangos 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas) 100 grams Cilantro, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 small Onions, raw .5 tsp Fennel seed 1 lime yields Lime Juice
Directions
Choose a very firm mango from the ripe mango bin. It is ok even if it semi ripe.
Toss everything to gether and let it rest for 15 minutes before serving
