Sweet Potato Pizza Crust

2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed1 cup all purpose flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Salt Seasonings to-taste: try dried rosemary, oregano, basil or whatever you think will go well with the toppings you'll add later!
Cut sweet potato into chunks and boil until tender
Mash with fork and set aside to cool
Once cooled, mix together with flour, baking soda, salt and seasonings and knead until a sticky dough forms
Shape into a ball, then roll out to a half-inch thickness
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes until just golden and crispy around the edges
Add whatever toppings you want, then broil for 10 minutes
