Zucchini lasagna

Ingredients
261.0 gram Gardein Beefless ground (GF)1.5 cup Mozzarella Cheese (1/4 cup) Aldi Happy Farms 1.0 cup Aldi Priano Freshly Shredded Parmesan Cheese6.0 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce)5.0 cup, sliced Zucchini1.0 cup Ricotta Cheese, whole milk
Directions
In a large bowl combine the pasta sauce, ricotta cheese and Gardein beefless ground. Feel free to add any spices you like. I ways add extra garlic salt and onion powder. Mix well and set aside. Slice zucchini noodles. Lightly grease a baking dish. Line the baking dish with the zucchini noodles in 1 layer covering the bottom of the dish. Ladel or spoon a layer of your sauce mixture over the noodles. Sprinkle a thin layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Sprinkle a layer of Parmesan cheese over the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers: zucchini, sauce, cheese until you run out of noodles. End top layer with cheese. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 1 hour at 375°. Uncover and bake for another half hour or until cheese is golden brown.
