Stuffed Zucchinis

Ingredients
1 zucchini, baby1 jumbo egg1 medium tomatoe1 onion, chopped3/4 cup of broccoli2 tsp of parmesan1 tps Paprika
Directions
slice the zucchini in two on the longer side, empty it with a spoon, keep the inside.

boiled them for about 5 min

In a non-stick pan, put all the vegetables together. cook until desired texture

When your vegetables have the desired texture, add the egg and mix together, don't let the egg get too hard. (1 min).

Take the egg/vegetables mixture and put in in your Zucchini on a pan

Add the paprika and parmesan on top

Put in oven for 10 min

2 serving

You could put cheese on top of it to make a gratin
