Meatballs With Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1oz. Milk, 1% .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw .25 cup, crushed Crackers.5 cup Rice flour, white 1 packet, onion soup mix4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Mix together beef, egg, milk, onion, cracker crumbs and seasoning of your choice. Roll into balls and cook in a frying pan.

While cooking the meatballs, mix together the soup mix and flour with 4 cups of water. Once the meatballs are cooked, add the water and flour mixture to the pan. Let simmer until thick and serve.
