20 grams Oat Bran 10 grams Wheat bran, crude 1 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax) 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds 3 serving Egg white, large 1 tsp Oregano, ground
mix all dry ingredients, add egg whites and (optionally) salt and pepper. Form in rolls and bake for 20 min at 180.
You can also place in parchment paper (2 cm thick) and bake for 20 min at 170. (Flatbread or large pizza!)
Serving Size: makes 2 small rolls or one small pizza!
