Banana pancakes - flour free

Ingredients
2.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh2.0 serving Egg whites, Egg Beater Liquid Egg Whites0.12 tsp Baking Powder0.12 tsp Cinnamon, ground0.06 tsp Nutmeg, ground
Directions
Mix together the egg whites and the baking powder. Add the rest of the ingredients and mash and stir until mixed. The batter will be lumpy. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Pour batter into the pan for your desired size pancake and cook for about 3-4 minutes a side or until lightly browned before flipping. Flipping can sometimes be a challenge so I recommend a larger sized spatula.

Serving Size: Makes one large serving of about four 6-inch pancakes.
