3 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 cup, diced Ham, regular (11% fat) 2 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 1 head, large (6-7" dia) Cauliflower, raw 1 large Onions, raw 4 cup Vegetable Broth 2 cup Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Steam cauliflower soft and mash with potato masher or hand blender.
Low heat and stir in Vegetable broth, then cream.
Add onion diced, then ham.
Add pepper to taste. Ham adds salt.
Stir in Chicken Broth, then Broccoli.
Simmer till done, add cheese, saving some to top as garnish.
Serving Size: makes 13 1-cup servings
