1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice (or any spices)1/4 cup hulled Sunflower Seeds, without salt 1/4 cup sliced Almonds 1/4 cup chopped Pecans 1/4 cup Pumpkin seeds 2 large Egg whites, whipped up really stiff!!1/2 cup sugar substitute of your choice2 cups Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1/2 cup Coconut Oil, melted 1/4 tsp Salt
Place oats, spices, sugar substitute and chopped nuts and seeds in large bowl. Add liquid coconut oil and stir well. Beat egg whites till very stiff and add to bowl, mixing well to coat. Pour onto prepared baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, and spread out evenly. Bake at 350 deg for 30 min.
