Ingredients
4 serving Eggs - Jumbo Grade A Eggs - California Ranch Fresh - 1 Egg = 1 Serving (63g) 2 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, California (Haas)
Directions
Halve avocados. Scoop out 2 T. to make hole bigger. Place cut side up in muffin tin. Break 1 egg into each avocado. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes. May top with salsa, hot sauce, chives or shredded cheese.
