Poppyseed Muffins

Ingredients
Bread:1 1/2 C White Flour1 1/2 C Wheat Flour2 1/2 C Sugar3 Eggs1 1/2 C Milk1 1/2 t baking powder1 1/2 T poppyseed1 1/2 t salt1 1/8 C unsweetened applesauce1 1/2 t almond extract1 1/2 t vanilla extractGlaze topping:3/4 C powdered sugar1/4 C orange juice1 1/2 t melted butter1/2 t almond extract1/2 t vanilla extract
Directions
Beat ingredients for 2 min. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour in two loaf pans or about 20 min. for muffins. Meanwhile, mix glaze ingredients. Pour over baked muffins.
