Pasta with cabbage and anchovy

Ingredients
10.0 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh6.0 clove Garlic1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw4.0 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies)8.0 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta)0.5 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style9.0 serving Bacon - Farmland Thick Sliced Bacon1.0 tbsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Saute bacon and onions and garlic until carmelized. Remove from pan. Carmalize cabbage with anchovies and red pepper. Add pepper to taste. Chop cooled bacon into pieces and add back to pan with onions Cook pasta al dented. Drain reserving 1 cup cooking liquid. Add to pan with cabbage. Toss. Add reserved pasta liquid if needed. Serve with a tablespoon of breadcrumbs sprinkled on top and more fresh cracked pepper Serving Size: 2 scant cups
