Heavenly Chocolate Pie

15 oz ricotta cheese, part skim milk 8 oz semisweet chocolate 1 Nabisco Oreo pie crust2 cups Cool Whip Lite
1. Place ricotta in microwave safe bowl and heat on high, stirring every 15 seconds until no longer cold. Transfer to a food processor and puree until smooth.
2. Place chocolate in microwave safe bowl and heat on high, stirring every 15 seconds until melted and smooth.
3. Add warm chocolate to food processor and puree until fully incorporated and very smooth. Spread mixture into the crust and chill until firm, at least 3 hours.
4. When ready to serve, top with Cool Whip Lite. Spread over the entire pie and top with chocolate curls if desired.
