Creamed cabbage

Ingredients
6 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 6 tbsp Butter, salted .5 cup Flour, white .25 tsp Pepper, white 30 gram(s) Bread Crumbs, Panko (Japanese style), Kikkoman-1/2 cup, 30g 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
Directions
Cook cabbage in salted water until tender.

Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a bowl then add the panko to melted butter and set aside.

Melt remaining butter in sauce pan and add flour and white pepper . When thickened, start to bled the milk into paste on a low heat. After incorporated cook until flour is cooked.

Drain cabbage and put into a baking dish, add white sauce and mix together. Sprinkle the buttered panko on top of the cabbage and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
