Beef Stir Fry

Ingredients
3 stalk Broccoli, fresh 2 cup, sliced Zucchini 4 serving Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips 2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 1 large Onions, raw 2 serving Dynasty Sliced Water Chestnut (1/2 cup drained = 1 serving) 1 cup Corn - miniature cobs of corn - canned 4 tbsp Dynasty Oyster flavored Sauce 4 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce .5 tbsp Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce 2.5 tbsp Argo Cornstarch 3 fl oz Water, tap 4 tsp Garlic 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 cup Snow Peas, fresh 1 lb Flank Steak 2 tbsp Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Directions
Cut beef into bite size pieces and marinate in 2 tsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, and 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tsp water for one or two hours. Cut all veggies to desired size. Saute veggies on med high heat in a non stick pan lightly sprayed with evoo until tender. Mix 2 tbsp oyster sauce with 2 tbsp lite soy sauce then add 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water. Pour stir fry sauce onto veggies and turn to coat, then cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring to thicken sauce and coat veggies. Add beef, stir and let cook 1-2 additional minutes. Serve over rice or quinoa (not calcluated in nutritional values.
