Ingredients
1 cup light soy milk (or skim milk)1 cup frozen fruit (any kind, or a fresh banana)1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Muscle Milk Light)1 Teaspoon Flax seed oil
Directions
combine all ingredients in the blender and blend till smooth.

Makes one large serving.
