3.5 cup Cereals, corn grits, yellow, regular, quick, enriched, cooked with water, with salt 8 serving Eggs - Scrambled - 1 Large Egg 0.5 serving Almond Milk Silk Pure Unsweetened all natural original 30 calories/1cup 6 tbsp Butter, unsalted 4 cup Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth
Make grits according to directions on package, substituting broth instead of water (for flavor) if you want
Mix almond milk with eggs and whisk until fluffy
Scramble eggs in large pan.. do not overcook because 3 of these servings will be saved and microwaved
When grits and eggs are cooked, fold eggs into grits
