4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1.0 tbsp Cream heavy 1 TBSP1.0 tbsp Lemon juice1.0 dash Salt2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
Whip the heavy cream add lemon Whip eggs, add salt and fold the whipped cream Heat the pan and then turn off the heat. Cook the eggs slowly folding the curd till cooked.
