Made-Over Black Beans & Chicken

Ingredients
1 can corn, undrained1 can black beans, undrained1 jar medium salsa1/2 cup brown rice, uncooked2 chicken breasts8 oz shredded cheddar cheesecumin to taste
Directions
Mix corn, beans and rice in bottom of crockpot. Place chicken on top and cover with salsa. Cook on low for 8 hours. Add cheddar cheese in last 1/2 hour of cooking.
Great served with sour cream and tortilllas or chips, not included in nutrtional info.
