Pumpkin Spice Waffle

Ingredients
1.5 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 9 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Baking Soda 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .25 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 cup Pumpkin, Canned Puree (by JULES616000) 1.6 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground 1 tsp Ginger, ground
Directions
Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl, melt butter and cool. Mix wet ingredients together and add to dry. Prepare waffle iron according to manufacture's directions (mine is mini and I used 1/4 C batter per waffle.) Freeze leftovers and reheat in toaster
