Chicken and Wild Rice Soup (with broth)

Ingredients
1 tsp Thyme, ground 32 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 2 cup slices Carrots, cooked 2 cup, diced Celery, cooked 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup Wild Rice 15 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Add all ingredients into the crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8. Feel free to add bay leaves, salt and pepper, garlic, and any other herbs or spices to your liking.
