Ingredients
5 serving Egg white, large 2 cup, chopped or diced Broccoli, fresh 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.8 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Hormel Bacon 1 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 4 serving Kraft Velvetta Cheese - thick slice 1/2 c salsa
Directions
Sauté vegetables in oil and add cheese. Blend eggs and pour into skillet. Add bacon bits. Cook for 3 minutes and then broil for 2 minutes. Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
