1 Cup of cottage cheese non fat1 cup milk non fat1 cup freezen strawberries3 oz of v8 fusion light strawberry and banna4 or 5 ice cubes3 tsp of splenda sugar
get out of all ingredients and put in the ice cubes them v8. STRAWBERRY THEN MILK AND THEN BLEND IT FOR 1 MIN. TO 3 MINS OR UNILT SMOOTH LOOK then add splenda blend for another min.
