High Protein Low Carb Zucchini Lasagna

Ingredients
28 grams Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk 61 grams Crushed Tomatoes 3 cup, sliced Zucchini 10 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded 16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled
Directions
Brown beef in a skillet and drain. Thinly slice zucchini and grill on pan to remove excess water. Blot with a paper towel. Layer zucchini in a 9x13 pan. Add crushed tomatoes and 3/4 cheese to beef and stir. Use as filling between layers of zucchini. Top with remaining cheese and back at 350 until cheese is melted (20-25 minutes)
