4 thigh, bone and skin removed Chicken Thigh 1 cup, sliced Onions, raw 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Baked Potato, with skin 2 cup, strips or slices Carrots, raw 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 1 dash Salt 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1 tsp Parsley, dried .50 tsp Thyme, ground .50 tbsp Vegetable Flakes 0.25 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 30 beans (4" long) Green Beans (snap)
just put everything in the crock Pot and cook on high for "about" 5 hours. I also cut the potato in half, the carrots can be cut down also. put the chicken in first, then the carrots, green beans on top, onions, then seasonings into the sides where the water is. try to keep the chicken thighs open with nothing on top except onions.
