Healthy Avocado Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
15 oz simple truth organic black beans 1 serving 1/2 fresh avocado 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 serving liquid organic coconut oil by nature's way .5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened .5 tsp Baking Powder .25 tsp Baking Soda .25 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tsp cocnut sugar 3 serving Ghirardelli Chocolate 60& Bittersweet Chocolate Chips (16 chips 1.5 grams)
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 baking pan.
2.Place all ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until batter is smooth. Add 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and fold into batter.
3.Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle top with 2 Tbsp of chocolate chips if desired. Fold in nuts or swirl in peanut butter if desired but that would not be included in nutritional info.
4.Bake for 25-35 minutes until top is slightly cracked and knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool completely and then...enjoy!
